Are college graduates with no work experience in LE the last on the list that fed agencies look at when it comes to hiring? Should I get some work experience first before I apply to the federal agencies.

It never hurts to apply. However, do not be surprised if you get turned down. That's ok, though. It's a long process, so you should be getting that experience to make yourself more marketable all the whilem anyways!
