In case you were not already aware that the "bad guys" can be very creative and innovative, I just wanted to bring your attention to a website established a few years ago by a convicted drug dealer who's primary purpose is to identify and expose Law Enforcement informants and Law Enforcement Officers.
The link to the website is: http://www.whosarat(dot)com (hyperlink edited to prevent RP's IP address being linked to those who visit the site - Mods)
However, I would strongly caution that you not access the website from you LE work computer. It would only give credibility to the real "rat", if a lot of LE Departments/Agencies were to be shown visiting it.

It would also be better to copy the link and paste it into your browser rather than clicking on the above link and accessing the site through RP

I wonder about the efficiency of that site.. so you list "rats", so what? It just means if one of the informants get killed the site is the first one to get subpoenaed.

Johninaustin: I don't know when they went "pay-per-view", the last time I visited about 3 - 4 years ago, you didn't have to subscribe to view all of their information.
