NCIS Hiring Board

Does anyone know when the next NCIS hiring board is scheduled to meet or it there has been one in the past month or so? Can anyone confirm how many classes are left for this fiscal year? I know there is one in February, but I would imagine it is filled.

I don't have any info on the hiring board, but can confirm that word on the street is one more class this FY following the one starting in Feb.

No RUMINT for us academy grunts on either questions, so far. If that changes, I'll post what I hear (so long as it's good for public release).

I don't have any info on the hiring board, but can confirm that word on the street is one more class this FY following the one starting in Feb.

Word is there will be two (2) more classes this year, the first I think starting in April. Also, word is being passed that classes in FY09 may go from 24 students to 48, which would entail NCIS-only CITP classes (rather than sharing the remaining 24 seats in CITP with other agencies).

Wow. Thanks for the news ROS. I wonder if that means that there will be fewer classes for FY09, or just bigger classes?
