Are you allowed to select the "YES" bubble under Applicant Eligibility immediately after you EOD or enter FLETC as a ICE employee? I have heard conflicting reports that you have to wait a period of time or graduate the academy before doing so. Which is correct? Thanks

I would think you'ed have to at least graduate from the academy before being able to check that box.

Clicking Yes and explaining to an interviewer later is better than clicking No and not speaking to an interviewer later. Just my two cents.
