Is it easy to move into an 1811 position in ICE after having a couple years in this position? I know it may differ in geo locations, but do you have a step up before let's say a local PD guy?

    IEA test

Can anyone clarify the specifics of the IEA written test? I have read that it is comprised of 1)logical reasoning and 2)personal/psych/background. I have also read that it is comprised of 1)logical reasoning, 2)numerical or percentage reasoning, and 3)personal/psych/background. Maybe some are categorizing the "math" reasoning with the paragraph/reading comprehension logical reasoning. The ICE website test prep has no mention of any numerical/percentage reasoning.

There is no math or 'arithmatic reasoning' on the IEA test.
