Does anyone know if USSS Uniform Division Officers qualify for LEAP? I can't seem to find this information on their website. Thanks in advance.

My understanding of their payscale is that they do not qualify for LEAP because they are hourly employees unlike USSS 1811s who are essentially salary employees. As a side note, if anyone can locate their pay scale, since they are on the LE scale and not the GS scale could you please PM me. Google and OPM has not been any help.
The older you get, the better you get, unless of course you are a bananna.
and i doubt you will find a pay scale anywhere

Thanks for the replies guys.
After a due diligent search and one phone call, all I could find was an OPM Report titled “Federal Law Enforcement Pay and Benefits” dated July 2004 which contains some general information about “Nonstandard” Pay Systems indicating that although USSSUD Officers are not eligible for LEAP, as steve1568, Nole795, and ud22206 indicated, it appears however, that they can receive Overtime and Premium Pay (AUO).

Reference: C. Nonstandard Basic Pay Systems (page 29 – keep in mind this is from 2004), and
Reference: C. Summary of Nonstandard Premium Pay Provisions (page 46)
Apparently, the difficulty in locating a Pay Scale arises from the fact that the LE-0083 Series Pay System for Basic Pay, Overtime, and Premium Pay for the USSSUD and US Park Police is established in the District of Columbia Code, and NOT the United States Code. (DC Code Sections 5-545.01, and 5-563.02)
