Ok, so it's a uniform for the whole time then basically? When I was at FLETC for IOBTC, I thought I remembered seeing ICE 1811's in plain clothes, but I could have been creating a memory as it was so long ago.
Thanks!
In CITP you'll be issued 5.11 type BDU pants (blue) and blue (more like purple) polo shirts. Once you're in ICE-SAT, you'll continue to wear 5.11 (beige) cargo pants and a polo ICE shirt.
You'll wear your suit about 4-6 times while you're at FLETC. The first two days of CITP, during your interview training and during your court room training. And of course during your CITP and ICE-SAT graduation!!
Thanks for the specifics. Sounds like a pretty good get-up.
one last question, what are the guidelines for foot attire? IOBTC was black shoes with no colored stitching, so I had to magic marker-in the contrast stitching on my Doc Martins before I got down there.
Thanks again. . . and I honestly doubt that'll be my last question.
Way back when I was there, we wore fit shoes most of the time.

Just an FYI starting Oct 1st 2009, they are introducing a new curriculum to CITP and supposedly shortening the program. Several classes currently being taught are being eliminated. Also ICESAT is supposed to be cut by a few weeks as well. We are still waiting on official word on that.
Thanks all, hopefully it all goes well and I get a class
