Big you really did just make my day...now if I could only get hired....:D

Glock, how long after your panel did you get your NOR? I know you told me, but I can't remember for the life of me.

Sept 07' Tester. Most of those in my testing group were cleared and in T&S several months ago, but Dallas lost my BI paperwork...twice  Definately glad I was proactive regarding my status throughout the process.

It was about 5 months. Had the S/I in October and got the results early in March. One can only hope that your group will move faster than mine did.

Maverick - You have motivated me to be proactive and try to find a friend of my own down in Dallas to call every couple weeks.

Let me know if that works, I wouldn't mind calling and asking someone for a little help.

I apologize for not clarifying that my packet is for IEA and not SA. So with my oral board on the 22th I will have completed my fitness test, medical, and drug screening all within five months. So for all those guys waiting in limbo, there is hope that your process will quicken. Good luck to all!

Your contact was correct. I had a FedEx package laying on my front porch when I got home with the ICE SA Tentative Offer inside. It said in the letter that accompanied it NOT TO QUIT MY JOB and to expect hiring times to be 5-6 months.... I just smiled because I still expect it to take another year, if I am lucky.

    That's awesome! Congrats!

I'm at FLETC in NM with USBP now. I have family at home looking out for my packet. Hope it comes soon. I'm wondering how I will be able to complete the medical/etc while being here at FLETC. Anyone in the know please reply.

    Thanks,

    IT/DIV

My TO arrived today on the porch at home in SD, CA. I am at FLETC right now with USBP. Anyone have to get their fingerprints done while here? Can you point me in the right direction?

Also, I think I asked already, but has anyone been asked to do the medical while at FLETC? Does the ICE medical contractor accomodate you, as I don't see FLETC letting me go to a medical for another agency on their time?

    E-Qip

The following quoted text was posted on another forum:

I thought I would answer it here since I don't belong to that one & some of our guys might have the same problem. The simple answer to his question is to call the agency and they will walk him through it, it was a 5 min phone call. However, he needs to make sure that he is listing "Unknown" for the City where he was born. They had "MN" as my state of birth becuase that is where BP was processing me out of.

"i tried to use the search function on this one without much success, here goes:

i work with a guy who is not a member of this forum but received his TO from ICE today. he's having trouble accessing E-Qip and keeps getting an error message telling him to contact the agency that sponsored him. i remember some of you ICE guys having trouble in the past with this system, but I couldn't remember/find how you all got it fixed. Thoughts/Advice?"

If someone could post this on 911 to help the guy out I'm sure he would appreciate it.

I have a quick question - ICE has two requests for me in E-Qip... I suspect I should call - but I am not sure which one to fill out for them?? I guess I should fill out the later one that appeared after I got my TO ... but I don't really know. Any thoughts??

Can you fill out for both? I'd call them, but if you can fill out for both...lord knows that's what I'd do.
