Well, Thanks for the info. I have been waiting, but I just checked and I am eligible. Nice! :D

Thanks for the heads up on: applicationmanager. org
That is by far faster than waiting for the paper copy of the test results to arrive in the mail. My NOR was posted online already, even though I just took the test April 10th.
There were also several past applications for jobs that I applied for on USAJOBS.GOV a few years back. That is the way to track progress. (I assume everyone who has been arround a while already knew about this).
Let the long wait begin....

HA! I passed it too! I had no idea you could find out on there, I'll have to let Alec know about that.
OK- so does the score count for anything?
Are you called in order of your score?
How did people who passed score ( if you care to share)
Just curious if anyone has thoughts on the score issue...
thanks
Congrats "ifineed2" - Thats good to hear - but I understand your wait got really short and FAMS swooped you up?
As far as scores go: The notice I received online didn't have a score on it that I could find - maybe I am just looking in the wrong place. I saw a "batch number" and that was it. This is a quote of the NOR "This was not a scored examination, therefore, you will not receive a numerical rating." Simply an eligible status which indicates a passing level. Hope that helps.

Yeah, "glockpacker" you heard correctly...I did get swiped up for FAMS, it's a good start for me...but that ICE badge is dam sexy!
I have a question as it pertains to the college degree clause. I only have a 2 year degree, and qualified to take the exam (which i passed :D) based on investigative experience. My test results indicate that I am eligible for 5/7/9 paygrades. Is it possible that my panel interview members can deem me "not the best qualified" based on my lack of a 4 year degree and remove me from the hiring process?
Honestly, any and everything is possible. It may or may not be a factor on being offered or not offerd a position.
If BIG were you, he wouldn't worry about it. It isn't anything that you can control. What you can control is your appearance, attitude, demeanor and intelligence level during the interview.
Don't over emphasis something that is entirely out of your control.
BIG SEXY says - "When life hands you lemons, take those same lemons & smash them into lifes' ugly *** mugg!! That'll learn'em to give you lemons."
I agree with Big and would not worry too much about that either, sounds like you have plenty of experience and I would focus on that.
My NOR indicated that I was eligible for the 7/9 pay grades and I believe that is simply because those were the only two I selected to be considered for during the exam registration/application process. I don't belive it has anything to do with test preformance. I haven't sent in any supporting docs yet, so I think that the NOR is simply stating that pending confirmation of your qualifications and experience you are still open to be considered for any of those pay grades.

I'd like to know about this as well, as I did not know about the applicationmanager.org site until I read about it here. I've already taken my test and am eligible, but would like to see my numerical score.
Does anyone know if you can "add" the application to this site, or was it something you had to do prior to testing? It asks about a "Vacancy ID#", would this be on the package from my recruiter (I need to find it if so...)?
I don't know what is with the application manager exactly, nothing shows up there when I log in but I have received "eligible" results. It's all good.
I actually singed up for Application Manager for a few jobs I applied for on USAJOBS.GOV a few years back and I forgot all about it. However, it seems that since it was in existenance when they posted my results it automatically linked to it. I have a friend who just signed up for it yesterday, and can't get his results to link to it. So I don't know - from the people I have talked to it seems that only the people who already had an applicationmanager. com profile had their results for this past test linked to it.
I let you know if I learn something different. One of my friends is calling the Dallas office today to see if they can shed some light on the situation.
