    Hiring right out of college

For the most part do the federal agencies want work experince before they hire you or do they hire people straight out of college. Because that is what I would like to do, but if they for the most part don't hire out of college then I will wait.

They do both. I know the FBI used to ( maybe they still do) recruit on college campuses. It can't hurt to apply or ask. Afterall, where are you going to get experience as an FBI agent before going in the FBI ?

Some do and some don't. Just apply to all. It's just paperwork. From my experience - DEA, USSS, and FBI all wanted at least a masters or several years of relevant work experience and a bacehlors. Border Patrol offered me the job 1 year after I graduated (didn't take it). I'm not sure about the USMS, I had a BS and 2 years of relevant work experience to get in there. If you want to work overseas, look into the State Department's Diplomatic Security (DSS) I almost got this job, after I was out of school for 6 months.
