Results were supposed to have been released to AFOSI dets and AFROTC dets. I talked to a ROTC cadet from another school who also applied at this board and they said they were already notified of their selection status (this board selected 6 cadets + an unspecified number of alternates). I tried getting in touch with the AFOSI unit I interviewed at and they seem quite busy (haven't been able to get in touch with anybody yet); ROTC does not know anything ad of now either. Best thing I guess is wait and see - if you have a slot at the very least they should be contacting you to start your BI.

kinda weird. Usually the ROT dets are good about this stuff because they have to get you ready to PCS soon. hmmmm... And you really couldn't contact anybody at the OSI det? I would say try again, I know they get very busy but usually a recruiting agent is available. They probably sent the email out to all OSI personnel about those selected already. They usually send it to everybody in the OSI command and it has all selected, AD Officers, Enlisted and ROTC. I'll contact a friend tomorrow and see if the list was emailed out. They started my BI last week and it can be painful but worth it as far as I'm concerned. When you get up to that level just be as informative as possible. Well, my Top Secret Clearance investigation has already begun. I actually met with the agent yesterday. But that was because I had already known that I got Intell. So, that's not a give away for me. I don't know. I just looking for a confirmation either way.

From what I've gathered, HQ didn't send the email out of those who was selected. I don't know what's going on but my friend said he didn't get it. I'll let you know if I hear anything!

The list has been sent out. All OSi dets and ROTC dets have it. I e-mailed the det I had my interview at and they told me I wawsn't selected. Well there's always next time!

I'm sorry about the results but try your best not to sweat it too much. It took me 3yrs and 4 packages and I'm still waiting on my BI results to be approved favorable. Also if you are a cadet you can always apply as an active duty military personnel. My first time applying was my first yr of active duty. When you come on board active duty be the baddest Lt possible (bad means good in this section ). I mean pick up additional duties w/ high vis units such as the base IG office (always looking for volunteers) or honor guard. Get that stratification on your OPRs (top 10% of 20Lts, My #1 of 10, etc...). And as soon as you get on AD begin your Masters by using TA. Remember there is always next time. I obviously didn't get accepted out of ROTC, but I am accessing into Acqusitions with and Operational Experience in Intell first. I graduate in May 07. Does anyone know how long I have to wait before I can apply again?
