The additional forms the UD Office sends out are labeled SSF-XX
Are those available through OPM?
Just curious because they are required to be typed, so I guess I am going to have to bust out the typewriter

No. I believe SSF= Secret Service Form, so you will need to get this forms directly from USSS (the local field office should have these).

I called them up today and it turns out if you go to application forms, they provide the entire packet in a PDF format...:D this saves a lot of time
