Just curious if the exam is similar to the ICE IEA exam?
The search function was not pulling anything up for TEA Exam...
I know tunlrat has an answer for this :D

Hehe. How'd you know? I have taken both tests. I thought you already took the IEA exam? Anyway, it's not really similar. Less & easier math on the IEA exam. I'm not saying the IEA exam is easy though. Still quite brain draining...
Yea, let me clarify my post.
I took the ICE IEA Exam already (passed).
I'm trying to figure out what the USSS 1811 SA TEA exam is like? Similar to the ICE exam for IEA's?

That being said, i know some other guys who are total morons and didnt crack the study guide and passed..go figure. Good luck.
Oh, dude I thought you took that one already too! Yeah then, IEA & USSS TEA is not similar. If you are familar with the ICE 1811 exam then it is more like that. Back in the day, all those agencies (USSS, US Customs, INS, US Marshals) all took the same test for their 1811s---the T.E.A. Now, I believe it's still pretty much the same test but under fancier names. Anyway, (I believe) it consists of 2 reading comp parts, a math section, & a personal history part which I doubt anyone fails. Of course, everything is timed!!
The T.E.A. study guides you can buy in bookstores are good to prepare with. Plus, like NOLACOP mentioned, it would be wise to brush up your math skills. I read somewhere the math section in the GRE or GMAT study guide books are good too. Oh, the reading comp sections in a LSAT study guide book are good too. How do I know? Yes, I've taken the LSAT too. Yeah, don't ask...;)
