Well, I received an email for an interview regarding the next step in the selection process which would also consist of a supplementary writing sample from the candidates. Interviews will be conducted next week, and we are responsible for making airlines, hotel, meal, etc.. reservations in one week.
Two issues: Exam that day for a college class and I already accepted another paid position with the Bureau, so I may have to pass on this...

This shouldn't be an issue. If you already have a PAID internship set up with the FBI, go for it. It would be silly to pursue a non-paid internship that would conflict with one already set up and that pays. Keep it simple, bro.

OSI - one is actually paid as well.
Either way, I'm going with my first choice (Bureau)
