    Supreme Court Written test

I will be taking the SC written test on Oct. 19, and was wondering what type of questions are asked. Also, if anybody knows how long does it take. I will be calling tomorrow to tell them I will be taking the test, but wanted some insight before. Do they do each process individually instead of combining some. The reason I ask is because Im still in college and don't want to get behind because of the flying back and forth, since I live in Tx. If anyone could give me any type of advice it will be appreciated. I was beginning to think I wasn't going to get the letter, since it had been close to a month, since I sent in the application, and they had said they would respond in two weeks

Never taken a written test for the Supreme Court, but I did take one when applying for an agent position with AFOSI. Basically, it consisted of me writting a narrative on pretty much any subject I wanted. I chose to write about my motivations for applying for the position. What they are trying to determine is your ability to communicate in written form and how well you express and articulate your ideas. Simple, really. Don't stress over it.

I afraid President Bush has already selected his nomination for the last Associate Justice position. You may want to consider taking the written test U.S. Senator or Vice President instead.
