Could one not just apply to the FAM service, rather than post the resume on such a broad board?

Are you a FAM, or do you have an interest in that site?

I know him from another board.....and I think he was on here as intheaircop (without the 2) but I could be wrong. Plus, I have used Avue Digital a couple of times for jobs I have applied for with DOJ. They are going to that service instead of using USAJOBs for some stupid reason......

Makes sense. I lost my password for another site, and just reregistered and made the 1 a 2 in my username.

    I just wanted to know.

what bearcat mentioned, and plus I remember a few members including myself kept asking him to post the dates when the FAMs would start hiring.

Yes guys I have been on this site before but lost my password so I just added the 2 on this screen name. Yes I am a FAM and have been for just about 3 years. We had a meeting this morning in my field office about the new web site and yes I guess all agency s are using the site also. All I was told was that we will be hiring very very soon( end of March or April ). We were told if we knew any one that we thought would be good hires for the postion to tell them to post all there information on the new web site and get it out of the way. I promise I will post on this forum as soon as I see that the postion is open. I just would goto the web site and set up your profile etc.

Also they have made the academy alot longer than when I had to do it.
    8 weeks in phase one(Artesia, N.M.)
    7 weeks in phase two(Atlantic City, N.J.)

I know you guys/gals have a PAT test every six months. What does it include? Does everyone "pass"? My college roommate works for one FED LE as a 1811 and they do the standard run, sit-n.-reach and situ-ups 2x a year, but everyone gets testted alone and *ALWAYS* passes.
-In God we trust. All others, put your hands on the car and don't move.

We have to do a PT test every 3 months. Pushups, situps, pullups, and 1 1/2 mile run.
