On the homepage from akagraphix.com is a picture from a new usss sa badge. Is it correct, that the SA have a new badge and is the badge on this page the new one?

Yes, this is the new Special Agent badge that was issued in the fall of 2003, after the switch to the Department of Homeland Security. I didn't like it at first, but then it kinda grew on me. It's not bad, but we could have done better IMHO.
