Pennsylvania's Act 120 certification, online page?

I'm writing a research paper. Could someone point me in the right direction to find a webpage that has Pennsylvania's Act 120 in complete form on it? I tried google, I had no luck.

The sooner the better, I'd like to finish the paper tonight

Hmm, I thought that was it to Tx1investigator.... I'm not so sure.. hmm, lets see if anyone else has any info. I'm not familiar with the MPOETC, I'm not sure if that has to do with the same thing...

MPOETC Municipal Police Officers Education and Training Council. They ARE the body responsible for implementing the Act 120 training for muny police in PA.
