Well, here's the scoop guys. I have a friend from SKILLS, who currently works for the Federal Reserve Bank Protection. They are talking about swearing them in as officers, but she doesnt have the entire scoop on it yet. She just called me and told me that she told her boss I was interested in applying for this position.

Here's my question. Her position is to "protect the federal reserve" Has anyone heard if they planned on swearing these people in as Federal Police officers? You all know I'm willing to do just about anything. There has been talk about activating POST licenses for the position and again, I was wondering if anyone else might have a scoop on this?

I will apply and most likely get this position. I suppose its not real police work, but its a start. scarey thought, but they will issue me a weapon... Apparently I'll have to qualify, fortunately I'm a pretty good shot. Also, she said that they were very interested in me applying and they gave her an application to give to me. The position hasnt been posted yet, so mine will be the first app on their desk.

Yes, the Federal Reserve Board is going to have a law enforcement component, I believe Uniform and Investigative sections

In fact a good friend of mine left FLETC Artesia to work for the Federal Reserve Board at the chief of Training.
