Any info, huh. Well I have yet to see a vacancy announcement on their website, or USAjobs website for that matter. Your best bet is to contact your nearest field office, as this seems to be the rule of thumb for smaller federal LEAs. Every year they solicit from the Enlisted ranks (E6 and above). I don't know the exact numbers, but I think they accept roughly 6 people per year. I am 95% sold on applying next year.
If you don't want to enlist in the CG and take the time to make E-6, and meet all the other prereq's, continue checking the USA Jobs website. After talking with our resident agent in Grand Haven, they are down a lot of people, so ya never know!
I know guys with prior service that lateral into the job. They were already CIs in the USMS and went into the CG reserve to do it. They were tired of being grunts in the reserves/national guard. LOL
