I'm very interested in L.E.and I am researching many dept.I have a few questions regading the BIA. First of all I would like to know what they do. What kind of departments do they have? How do they differ from other dept.? What kind of education do you need? I know this is more than a few questions, but any replies would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks!!
