Hey All,
I have a question and I was wondering if anyone could answer. Well I am in the process of interviewing for the USSS UD. I went to my polygraph the guy that tested me said if I failed but I just found out that they started looking into my credit history. I assume this means they are starting the backgroung investigation portion. Does this mean that I did pass the polygraph? Or am I missing something. Anything anyone can add would be greatly appreciated.

No I have not. Throughout the process there have been 4 people who I have had contact with, never had the same person contact me twice. So I don't even know who to contact.

Ask at this board, www.911jobforums.com/vB. There are alot of USSS S/A's and UD's there, as well as a lot of people in the hiring process who could probably give you a good answer.

Check the date of the inquiry on your credit report.

Txinvestigator1 I checked the date of the inquiry and it was about 3 weeks after I had taken the polygraph.

Hey Logan32, Im just curious, how was the Poly process for the USSS UO position? Do they discriminate for past Marijuana use?

Actually have had a very positive experiance so far. The only issue is the wait between each phase. Right now I am playing the waiting game. They are in the process of doing my background check.
Well the way it was explained to me was that they put each candidate into boxes according to marijuana use 0 times box 1, 1-10 box 2, etc. Also they will go into how long ago was the use. So to answer your question it depends how many times you have used and how long ago was your last use.
