If you get a bench warrant for a traffic violation in CA, does that mean you canīt drive in any other state? for example in texas?..by the way...I am going to pay my fine.

You CAN drive anywhere you want...but that doesn't mean that you will be doing so legally. What did the Texas DMV or SOS say?
Jynkxxie don't waste your time. His thread ( I know I'm wanted) was already closed on Ask A COP .Originally Posted by Jynkxxie

Yeah I know...I am seeing if he called Texas Yet.
I know my thread was closed, and I apoligize for whatever I said, but cant you give a citizen a second chance? you were regular citizens at one point.
Actually , like I said Iīm not in the US right now, but im gonna make that call to the Texas DMV and find out right now, ill let you know what they said.
Hey didn't you get the hint last time?? Apparently your hard of understanding.
I still am a regular citizen. I had to learn the hard way about things sometimes too...even if I was a cop I would still be a regular citizen. There are a handfull of people here who are from Texas and have tried to answer your question. Instead of relying on people you dont' know on the internet...call the people who do know. That is all I am saying.
Now here is mine. A murderer is found guilty and convicted to serve 25 + in the pen. He knows this, yet he continues to find ways to go get some ice cream from DQ before going to jail. Saying he will go, he will go. Do you think they will let him get DQ first?
Honestly. Your story sounds like this...you want to drive in Texas, all the while knowing that you have to pay Cali, but you want Texas to let you drive first before you pay Cali. Do you see the similarities in these stories?
What the heck does this have to do with anything? :confused:Originally Posted by Egax

I dont like Dairy Queen to much, but yeah, I get your point....and I guess you are right about that...FIRST PAY and then drive.....I thank you for YOUR patience and advice, even though you are not a cop....sometimes copīs seem to forget that regular citizens dont know all the laws by heart and much less if they live in another country.
Thank you.

You got PLENTY of answers to your questions in the previous thread. There was not a case of cop's forgetting about regular citizens. Everyone, cops and non cops, said pay your fines. Stop trying to find a way around it. Its simple personal accountability. Not sure why this is so difficult to understand.Originally Posted by Egax

I hope not, lets comeback to earth and read what others are saying instead of looking for what to pick out and make snide remarks about.
Alright guys, I have explained this to him and I think he understands. We can move on from our own snide remarks.
