    USMS recruiting officer

Is going to a USMS recruiting officer a good idea? If so wich one would be better to go to San Francisco or Sacramento?

It does not matter which one you go to. I went to one and was hired to an office 900 miles away. It's not like going to Walmart, wher you apply wo the one you want to work in. You apply to the USMS and you can REQUEST to go anywhere. They will place you where they want you... what recruitor you talk to is not an issue.

What about talking to them about talking to one before you can apply because I am still in college and thought that they could help me out.

Of course... talk to them. My point was that it did not matter which recruitor you go to.
