I don't think the laws are to blame they are in place and they are pretty stringent. The Goverment however has not provided for the enforcement of the laws ethier in border protection or inland security in terms of manpower and budget. I can't blame the over worked agents when they see no help or relief coming.
While I find the undocumented problem bad what's worse are the violent felons who are allowed to remain in the U.S. because of some refugee status.
We're not talking someone running from a 3rd world death squad were talking eastern europeans convicted of rape, murder, and O.C. violations can't figure out why they stay and a latin american has a hell of a time getting a border crosser permit. Oh wait I just got it. :p
