    what to tell family, friends and acquaintances...

    Since the FBI Investigative Specialist/SSG position is considered a "covert" position. What can or should tell family, acquaintances, and friends what one does for a living?

    Then dont worry about what to tell them if your not a SSG, No Im not one yet but I am in the process. My BI is being completed at this time.

    They actually cover such things in training. I am not personally involved, but I have had connections with those sorts of people in the past =) In other words, don't worry about it.
