The "Call"

Is there any official or semi-official line on how long the the FBI usually make "the call" before actual EOD.

Reason I ask is b/c according to my AC the next FBI IS class starts at the end of this month. I and my AC also believe I have turned in all paperwork necessary, but didn't make the cutoff for the upcoming class and might make the next class if all goes well.

1) Do they wait to have enough people to actually start the class or are the class dates already preset and will start regardless of # of new hires?

2) If the class dates are preset. Do they wait until the last minute, hence give you two weeks to break the news to ones current employer to make the offical call w/ offer, or if all paperwork is done according to HQ will they make "the call" farther in advance to those who have already crossed all 't' and 's'?
