Ive been getting emails at one point almost on a daily basis regarding the reformations to the HR system. A lot of the points that I've been gettinf seem to be vague and I can't seem to find anything specific. I finally get use to the current system and now it's going to change.
Can anyone fill me in as to exactly how this may affect my pay and future advancements. The DHS website and emails say that current pay is not going to be affected, which leaves open the question, Will future pay be affected? Is this a cost saving move or is this a truely authentic "for the best" reformation. Any input and opinions would be great.
