They are putting through classes all the time. From what I understand, they are sending classes through for the new CBP Officer (Customs/Immigration/Arg). I'm going through the app. process now. If you have any questions, ask and I'll answer if I know.

Keep an open mind and throw out any preconceptions of what you think an "interview" is. I'm not sure if I can give any specificity on the interview; but check other threads on Customs and Border Protection.

The structured interview is just another step in the application process. It may be no more important than the other steps. Assuming you've done your medical already, your BI & home interview should be next. Expect a long wait...

I already had the medical and home interview. From there does anybody know how long it might be.

They're probably still working on your BI. But it all really depends. Could be a couple more months to more than a year. For me back in 2001 (in the "old" Legacy U.S. Customs), my total time was about 9 months. And that was considered fast! If you have a point-of-contact person (recruiter, investigator, etc) ask them where you are in the process. Believe me, it helps to know.
