    Name check.

I am currently on probation. If I was pulled over with some friends and my name was ran but no ticket or an arrest was made will all the details be documented? Meaning......will my probation officer be able to view the incident in detail if nothing was issued? Who was driving, who I was with, etc?

Why would you care? Jsut tell your probabtion officer you were stopped, who was driving, and who you were with.

Not a LEO, but do you really expect an answer?

Uh Ok, Are we feeling a little buyers remorse?
I am sure part of your probationary agreement requires "total honesty".
If you did nothing to violate your probation, then why not come clean and tell your probation officer about the episode.

BTW for future reference, this is actually a law enforcement career seekers only question forum.

Actually it says that anything federal can be posted here......jobs, advice, etc. Now after reading different posts I've seen so many misc questions and I felt the need to ask. Pretty simple. If you can't give me an answer why respond? Maybe you should spend your time replying to a post that you can give helpful info on. Now if there's anyone who may be able to answer my question please do. Thanx.

Maybe you should spend "your time" thinking about how "not" to commit future crimes and be placed on probation in the first place. And please go away Troll.....

Troll? That's original! I made a post and you're telling me to go away? Doesn't make much sense to me. I'm not the one to have internet confrontation so go ahead and continue to spend time on my post. It's just a question and if anyone can answer or give advice I'd appreciate it. Also don't judge me because I'm on probation! If a person was touching your child in an inappropriate way I can almost guarantee that you would have hit him as I did. Now if you're looking for a debate then Facebook is where you should be.

Actually, you came to our house looking for answers. Nothing says you have to like the answers you get, and you don't get to pick and choose how to tell others to answer your question. If you only wanted the answer that you wanted to hear, you should have picked a "Yes Man" type friend who would blow sunshine and rainbows all over you to make you feel better.

You've come here, without so much as an Intro in the New Member Introductions forum, cross-posted your exact same question in two different forums that I've found so far, and now you're arguing with an established and respected member of our site.

Please perform a check-up from the neck-up and think about your posts before you hit the enter button.

And for your information, the member your arguing with has the Verified LEO tag in the upper right hand corner, so that means he's an actual, verified, Law Enforcement Officer. We see people every day who are on probation, so it's only normal for us to judge people in this situation. You didn't get on probation for a defensive act, I can almost guarantee it.
