I am tasked this semester with writing a paper on a specific topic in communication. This is not a CJ class, it is "Communication for Professionals". I chose the topic of "How a LEO can communicate and control a situation using both verbal and non-verbal communications". It's a working title as of now.

I have done some research and came up with a few books and articles give me some information, but was wondering if anyone else can put me in the right direction.

Thanks
