Good God, Hockey! Good luck buddy. I don't envy you.
I am about to re-certify. New York requires the following to be completed:

-In God we trust. All others, put your hands on the car and don't move.
This is what I had to do today: http://miemss.umaryland.edu/2006EMTbExam.htm
And I tell ya, it's HARD to go back in there after being on the street for so long, and do it the textbook/classroom way. It's such an artificial environment. I told the evaluator, "You know I can't think without the lights and sirens and a radio and a med bag on my shoulder."
Ahhh the good ole days. I actually put my First Responders through some of those criteria as well. Particularly the oxygen therapy and medica/trauma assessment.
