Why is the other area restricted? I'm a paramedic. I'd like to look at it, plus I'm a sheriff's deputy so it's not like I'm not a law enforcement guy on a law enforcement site.

The official reason is I guess is, it was originally set up in the restricted areas only. After a request for it to be public, a public area was put up.
