This guy was brought in on a DV charge, looks like he was given some sprayable hot sauce (OC) at the scene, and just continues to give the officers sh!t. Watch close right around 1:15 when they guide him through a door!

Damn, that's funny. Between them using his head as a door knocker, and at about 1:47 when you can see that nice long snot rocket coming out of his nose from the OC, that was one of the funnier things I've seen in awhile.
