Anyone seen these positions that have been opening up? Its for Fire Dispatcher I believe through a company called CSA

The position they have open currently is called Emergency Services Dispatcher.

Heres the description with benefits

CSA Ltd. is an offshore company providing support services in accordance with the Labor Laws
of the State of Kuwait.

All positions support US Government interest in the Sate of Kuwait with
the primary mission taking place on US controlled facilities.


Contracts are one year in length and
include round trip transportation, one European vacation airfare, medical, dental, accidental
death, benefits are available.


Contracts are based upon a 48 hour work week. 30 days of paid
vacation, shared apartments with individual rooms and off duty shared vehicle use is provided.

All applicants must be must be 21 years or older, physically fit, possess a valid driver’s license,
have an excellent work history with no criminal record. All applicants are required to test for
illegal substance abuse.

A positive reference from senior management with in your current
organization is required. The following positions are available, annual estimated compensation is
based upon typical overtime and living allowance.

Not included is the value of airfare, end of
service bonus and holiday pay.

Emergency Services Dispatchers, 56k based upon 56 hour work week.
Must have a minimum of one year experience in emergency dispatching, must be able to
certify as a DoD telecommunicator II with in two weeks of employment. Prefer EMD
certifications form state of local authority.

I sent the Asst Chief an email regarding this position so we'll see if he responds back. Anyone know any other kind of "Dispatcher" openings overseas?

They are doing some hiring in Guam right now, but I don't know if any of them are dispatcher positions. There is supposed to be a growth explosion from now until 2014 with a bunch of Marines being relocated here from Japan which will bring jobs in every industry, including possibly up to 100 Police Officers.

Hockey9010 it's your good day! I am a dispatcher over here with CSA in kuwait. Yes we are emergency services dispatching fire and ems throught us military bases in the kuwait theater. I work with some of the greatest guys and girls ever but like every job i have a few i'd like to leave out in the 140 degree heated desert. the openings are still available. reply to me if you want information.
