I was thinking of ways to boost dispatcher's morale and I wondered:
Given the choice do you think most dispatchers would prefer their department install a full gym or a free buffet every day?
Mashed potatoes...gravy...and cranberry sauce. Woooohooooo!

Dispatcher classes at our academy are the only classes I have ever seen set up a buffet in the classroom. No joke. :D

I move and go without internet for a few months and look at all the fun I missed. Everyone knows you add the buffet.
Though my department had a gym for us to use. Don't think I ever saw anyone in there though.
