    That guy is a perp. I love how the NYPD boss he asked for help (notice his ID in his hand) ignored him and just stepped back?

    For once, I love the media. That reporter was not giving up...running...in traffic...through construction areas..... LOL.

    If someone maliciously damaged property as opposed to normal wear and tear , I would be willing to criminally charge them.

    And damage over 5K is a felony here.

    In NY intentional damage over $250 = felony.
