I'm in the background with CA dept of Corrections and I've received phone calls from friends that they are receiving reference letters to complete and mail back! Does this mean I am meeting the bi standards of acceptance, or are letters sent out regardless. He's had my PHS for 90 days already and I haven't received a dq letter yet. Anyone with experience with CDCR? Thanks!
