    Amu

    Hey,

I'm looking for a masters program after I finish my BSCJ next year. But I dont necessarily want to do criminal justice. I checked out AMU and saw a Master of Arts in Strategic Intelligence, and it really grabbed my attention. Does anyone have any first hand experience about this program? Would it be accepted by the FBI, State Dept, CIA, etc.?

One of my CJ instructors also teaches for AMU, I believe for the master's degree you speak of. She works for NSA, so you'll be getting an education from those in the intel field, though I'm not sure if/how the degree alone (without relevant work experience) would make you competative for larger intel agencies like NSA, CIA, DIA, etc.

If you have any specific questions about the program, or how it's viewed in the intel field, I can forward your questions to my instructor to see if she has any more "intel" for you.

Peace is not the absence of conflict, but the presence of justice.
