East Hartford/Manchester

Hi all (if anyone is in here....)

I'm a police officer in a high crime city in CT. I am looking to do a lateral transfer somewhere in the Hartford area. I enjoy doing police work, and am not really interested in working in a sleepy town that doesn't really need me there. Of course my first thought is Hartford, however my wife doesn't really want me working there, and I have to take that into account. So my second choice is East Hartford or Manchester ( I want to stay East of the river.)

My question is in which one of these cities am I going to experience more police activity?
