I f the US adopted and enforced what the Mexican immigration laws are, who would be crying foul then?

The Mexican constitution denies equal employment rights to immigrants, even legal
ones, in the public sector.

The way I see it, the only reason illegal's get these protections is congress gave some. They can as easily be taken away. If congress can giveth then congress can taketh away
