Seriously, Sparta, there have been trade negotiations for decades between the U.S., Canada and Mexico regarding the issue of product transportation. NAFTA, which came in under the Clinton administration (someone correct me if I am wrong on this) had doom and gloom written all over it by detractors.

The truth of the matter, at least in the area of highway user safety, is that the sanctioned Mexican commercial carrier drivers and equipment are much safer and law abiding than a plethora of U.S. based truckers.

You would absolutely freak if you had any idea of the time-bombs-on-wheels rolling down our interstates and freeways with good ole Red, White and Blue Hank behind the steering column. :eek:

Now, I am basing this information on reports by our commercial carrier enforcement squad, not on a Minuteman website, so I could be very wrong. :rolleyes:

In closing, this response regarding Mexican transportation under the North American Free Trade Agreement is narrowly focused, but it is indicative of how the paranoid-sky-is-falling predictions cause undue stress in those who do not explore both sides of the issue or the safeguards in place.

Look it is over... there is nothing wrong with a person asking a question especially when it concerns our freedom and Country and i am not paranoid, I was not aware of this North American union crap till recently and thought it was crazy in the fist place and wanted some views. I did a little research on the "Amero" and I found that there were some people (not governments) that were talking about trying to get a standardized form of currency for the Americas. Like Europe has the "Euro" they want the Americas to have the "Amero".

Not a bad idea actually. It would save the families of the illegals from having to convert dollars to peso's:D
