Wouldn't it be sweet if they tried to sell the property, but had no takers? No money for the taxes, no papers, and EVERY government agengy who gave a rat's behind would know where to find them. Not like the beaurocracy would do anything, but still. It's nice to dream.

What judge thought this would be a good idea and a good precedent to set? Not only can you cross our border illegally and get health care, education and everything that comes with it but if anyone tries to stop you, you recieve THEIR HOME!!!

This just shows you where our country is heading. Pretty soon Spanish will be mandatory in school and English will be the elective class!

I knew it. It would be just a matter of time before this happened. I heard a talk radio host who told a fictional story about a rancher who was murdered by an illegal on his own ranch and then about a week later a lawyer shows up at the door of his widow with a lawsuit brought by the illegal. It's all coming to pass...

This is by far one of the most (if not, the most) disgusting things I have ever seen. I agree, the felon should be jailed for possesion of a firearm by a felon, however, they should have given the property to family, or if part of the judgement was he forfeit property, it be sold by the government, to pay his court costs and other fee's. Not given to two FREELOADING illegal immigrants who come here to deplete our country of its resources. I believe however, that man should have the right to forcibly throw a tresspasser (especially an Illegal immigrant) off of his property, HE paid for. He should have used better judgement than to knock them around though. Detain them, and call the police.

BTW, I wonder if it is possible that we could get legislation that would allow immigrants to be shot on sight at the border?? That could put a curve in our problem. :D

Governments more worried about what flavor koolaid they want when they come across the border.
