Illegal immigrants - thoughts

Illegal immigration is one of the most damaging issues of America today, and state police cannot deport them (it's allegedly a federal issue). I was wondering what do you think of illegals getting more benefits than Americans law wise? For example, they are able to drive without driver's licenses and when caught nothing happens. L.A. for example quit impounding cars without driver's licenses because too many illegals were losing their cars. Also, they are able to have those nasty hot dog carts or ice cream carts in residential neighborhoods without a health license.

I know cops can't really do anything about illegal immigrants, but do you sometimes wish you could? What are some of your experiences with illegals?

There is no "allegedly a federal issue" it is factually a federal issue unless a state passes some illimigration law.
