Hello everyone. I am 20 years old. Have been arrested once when I was 15 for 2nd degree criminal trespassing. I wasn't booked. Just got put in cuffs and sat in the back of a Police car for a couple hours while I waited for Mom and Dad to come get me. Later did a diversion, and had it destroyed from my record. Around that same age, I also tried Marijuana twice. That's it.

Currently, I'm in the Marines, right now I'm deployed to Afghanistan. Once I get back to the states I will have two years left on my enlistment. Once I get out I'd like to go to school and get at least an associates. Either in Computer Science or Aviation. If I go with C/S. I will be more marketable, but with the aviation degree, I also get all of my pilot ratings. from my private pilots license all the way to commercial/multi-engine/instructor ratings.

I have good credit.

A close relative of mine is also employed by the PD I will be applying to in Oregon. He said he would give me a recommendation if I apply.

Also, the PD I will be applying to does not require a degree if you have 4 years of active duty service.

Yes.


2nd degree trespassing at 15 is just a blip, so is the mj a couple of times. Don't sweat it.
