    No transcript and

I have spent 3 semesters at my community college receiving most of my college credits. I have this transcript.

I recently transferred to a University and I am in my second semester there currently. They do not have a transcript ready (not even unofficial). For my part-time application should I just add a paper saying that I will send it as soon as possible?

Also they ask for my referrals/vouchers (generally about 3), and the most important ones (from the admins from my internship) I can not get them to write on the paper itself, but they gave me strong letters of recommendation. Would it be ok to address that I can not get them to fill this out but I have their letters enclosed?

I tried calling admins and recruiting officers, some agencies will not reply and the ones that have said its ok.

I just do not know how to articulate these problems on paper properly without being dq'd or taken seriously.

    Thank you.

Common sense would seem to be making a call directly to the agency you're applying to and asking them directly. If you called and they said ok, well... Life gets tougher to figure out sometimes than that. If they don't answer/reply, take the initiative and stop by in person.

That is my next plan, but it is two and a half hours away (tough for a broke full-time student).

I just did not want to call too many times.

    Thank you though

Ok... So what do you plan to do when asked to come in for an interview, or if they offer a position to you?

Well I would absolutely make the necessary arraignments to get there then.

I meant it would be easier to have this question answered by phone considering it is not too difficult of a question.

But I have resolved all of this, collected some money, and dry-cleaned my suit. I will be driving to each agency and dropping off my application in person this Friday. Thank you for your reply
