    Application Question

Got a question about filling out the application, about 4 years ago I got cited for Crim Mischief (S) and Disorder Conduct Hazardous/Physi Off for the same incident; now I suppose I have to list both of them in the criminal history section of the application? I received ARD for both as well. Thanks for the help guys

Yes for police applications I would recommend putting everything regardless of the disposition.

After 4 years and the fact that you got ARD means that it would mean little as long as you put it down.

Not putting it down and a hiring PD finding it would make it look like you are trying to hide it which IS a big deal.

Appreciate the insight fellas, thank you.

One other question: for the employment section do you need to list under-the-table work you did as well? It doesn't say anything specific to that on the app. Thanks again

Put it down. A lot of people do work under the table. It is not wholly unexpected. I did it in between my college years, put it down on my LE application, and had no problems. I'm not saying all departments are like mine but it is a general idea.

I figured as much, thanks gentlemen. I'm just a little nervous because I had a job in high school where I goofed off a little bit. Hope that doesn't count against me too much
