Hey Everyone im on this because im basically stumped i am filling out the apd5 for nypd and i filled everything out and im stumped on family history its asking me for all my uncles and first cousins now i dont keep intouch with some of my family members only 2 or 3 cousins out of like 10 or 15 couisins so if i dont put all my family on the apd5 family history will that hurt my shot at being an nypd officer really appreciate the help thanks in advance.

If the form asks for ALL your uncles and first cousins, then list ALL of them even if you "don't keep in touch" with them. If they need information you don't have and can't get (like a date of birth) then just list an age as close as you can get and explain the situation to your BI later.
This seems like kind of a no brainer.

You may not talk to your family but you should at least know who they are or know somebody in teh family who does.
