Yep, this is all YOU have control over. If you review a number of polygraph posts on this board you'll quickly see how some have failed the poly at Dept A only to pass ones with Depts B and C. The polygraph (machine) is only as good as the operator using it, and while the merits of its use in pre-employment situations is debatable, there's nothing more you can do to make the situation better on future polygraphs than being forthcoming and honest from the very beginning.
