I would say do whatever feels best to you. Sometimes, in each situation, certain things are better than others. You certainly couldn't go wrong I think wearing all black. It's like like black is inherently bad or something! It could be okay to wear something at one interview, and not at another. The same goes for what to say, do, think, etc. Do what feels best to you.

Depends what you look like naked. In your case it's always a good decision.

I'm almost positive that if someone showed up to an interview naked the same day as mine I'd lose all focus and train of thought lol

Ew no. I'm pretty sure my last interview would have ended badly if I showed up naked. I wouldn't have made it past the park police. :P

That's why you need to use preemptive tactics. Show up naked BEFORE the other person to distract them instead.

Back on topic for a sec ;p - 3 days away from the single most important interview of my life- I did find out that the chief is my landlords cousin - and my landlord and me get along really well- he also was a Leo at one point and he talked to the chief about me before I even knew about it, woot that's a nice confidence booster!

Yea I hope it helps alot...
With that, my letter of recommendation from another Chief, plenty of Leo references, decently nice background, and INSANE amount of effort on my part I'm hoping I get hired. I've put my life for about the last 5-6 years to getting hired.

I want this job bad and am ready to finally (hopefully) get my badge - HOPING AND PRAYING!

Everything went good today! Found out I am number 5 on eligibility list- they are hiring 6 (10 total on list- 1 is pre cert)

Went over polygraph questions,I was beyond honest. The actual polygraph is early next month. He will be calling references, checking with former employers, and validating background between now and then.

I'm still pretty pumped and can't wait! Bring on the poly
